Amigo Tires Complete Auto Service, Transmission fluid exchange, cooling system fluid exchange, power steering fluid exchange, brake fluid exchange, fuel system cleaning, and/or filter service is warranted by Amigo Tires & Brakes one (1) month or 1,000 miles from date of performance, whichever comes first. This warranty does not cover fluid top-off or refill courtesy service. If, during this warranty period and under normal use and service, any of the replaced parts fail to perform or there is a defect in workmanship, Amigo Tires & Brakes will replace the defective part and/or re-perform the defective service, at no charge to you.
Air conditioning services are warranted by Amigo Tires & Brakes for one (1) month or 1,000 miles from the date of performance, whichever comes first. If, during this warranty period and under normal use and service, any of the replaced parts fail to perform or there is a defect in workmanship, Amigo Tires & Brakes will replace the defective part and/or re-perform the defective service, at no charge to you.
Your Amigo Tires tune-up is warranted by Amigo Tires & Brakes for twelve (12) months or 12,000 miles from date of performance, whichever comes first. If, during this warranty period and under normal use and service, any of the replaced parts fail to perform or there is a defect in workmanship, Amigo Tires & Brakes will replace the defective part and/or re-perform the defective service, at no charge to you.
Limited One (1) Year Warranty Terms for Brake Pads and Brake Shoes: If you purchased brake pads and/or brake shoes described on your corresponding invoice as "One Year Warranted," said brake pads and/or brake shoes are warranted by Amigo Tires & Brakes for a period of one (1) year from the date the brake pads and/or brake shoes were originally installed. If the warranted brake pads and/or brake shoes become damaged, defective, or worn out under under normal use and service within the applicable limited warranty period as described above, Amigo Tires & Brakes will provide replacement warranted brake pads and/or brake shoes, as applicable, at no charge to you. The brake pads and/or brake shoes will be considered worn out when the lining's minimum wearable thickness is less than the vehicle manufacturer's specifications. For bonded linings, this is the minimum thickness of the lining at it thinnest point. For riveted lining is most worn to the surface of the lining.
The labor to install the replacement brake pads and/or brake shoes will be done at no charge for three (3) months or 4,000 miles from the date of the original brake service, whichever comes first. However these limited warranties do not cover a labor charge at the prevailing rates for installation of the replacement brake pads and/or brake shoes if replacement occurs more than three (3) months or 4,000 miles from the date of the original brake service, whichever comes first. The limited brake pad and brake shoe warranties set forth above exclude all costs of additional brake pads, such as drums, rotors, or calipers, and labor to restore the brake system to safe and proper condition. In the event that such costs are required and are not authorized by you, Amigo Tires & Brakes will provide you a replacement set of uninstalled, non-warranted brake pads or brake shoes.
Any services and parts which are not covered under other specific warranty provisions listed above are warranted for three (3) months or 4,000 miles from the date of installation or performance, whichever comes first. If, during this limited warranty period and under normal use and service, there is a defect in workmanship or material, Amigo Tires & Brakes will repair or replace the defective warranted part, at its option, and/or re-perform the warranted service, as applicable, at no charge to you.
To claim service under these warranties you must first, within the applicable warranty period, contact Amigo Tires & Brakes, and give the opportunity to repair or to designated and approved repair facility. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS CLAIM PROCEDURE WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY. Your sales receipt and/or work order must be presented at the time your claim is presented before the commencement of any work.
The limited warranties listed above cover only the original purchase, are not transferable and do not apply if your vehicle is used for commercial racing or off-road use. These warranties will be void if the parts are modified, altered, abused, damaged by accident, negligence, or misuse. These warranties exclude compensation for inconvenience or loss of use while the service or part is being replaced, the cost of a rental car reimbursement for time off work, loss of income, towing charges, telephone calls, legal fees and costs of other consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. There are no other warranties, on these or any other parts or services issued by Amigo Tires & Brakes to the fullest extent allowed by law, the limited warranties and remedies set forth on this document are exclusive and in lieu of all other express warranties or conditions. No warranty exists, implied or otherwise if customer elects to supply their own parts. No warranty exists, implied or otherwise if customer elects to use salvage or used parts (unless supplier specifies parts warranty, but excludes labor). These limited warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Tires purchased at Amigo Tires & Brakes are covered by a Manufacturer's Limited Warranty from workmanship and material related issues. Tires may also be covered by a Supplemental Mileage Limited Warranty, which varies by tire brand and model. Information about these tire warranties is provided separately at the time of purchase. Customer is responsible for tire rotation upkeep.

The original invoice from the store at which the original work was performed must be presented in order to get the benefit of the warranty.
The obligations undertaken in these warranties are offered only on the above items and conditions, and may not be enlarged or altered by anyone. This warranty document does not apply to products or vehicles used for commercial, racing, or off-road purposes, or to damage caused by abuse or accident.

Notice to California Consumers: Please read important information below.
A buyer of this product in California has the right to have this product serviced or repairs during the warranty period. The warranty period will be extended for the number of whole days that warranty will not expire until the defect has been fixed.
The warranty period will also be extended if the warranty repairs have not been performed due to the delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of the buyer, or if the warranty repairs did not remedy the defect and buyer notifies the manufacturer or seller of the failure of the repair within 60 days after they were completed. If, after a reasonable number of attempts, the defect has not been fixed, the buyer may return this product for replacement or a refund subject, in either case to deduction of a reasonable changer for usage. This time extension does not affect the protections or remedies the buyer has under other law.
